A family legacy with a strong work ethic. Phil McPhail Sr. started McPhail Realty (Now Lifestyle Properties of Maine) in 1974 and today it is the largest real estate company north of Bangor. Peter developed his work ethic starting in middle school, where he helped at his dad’s office and worked weekends at his grandparent’s store.

Peter graduated from Husson University in 1992 with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance. After playing 4 years of soccer at the college level, he understands the value of teamwork to achieve goals. While most of his classmates graduated and took jobs out of state, Peter’s love for the Maine outdoors kept him in the Pine Tree State.

Peter resides in the small town of Lowell Maine with his family and their German Shepard Sarah. Phil lives in Lincoln, Maine where he and his wife Carmen successfully raised two independent daughters. Phil is a member of the Small Woodland Owners Association of Maine and a supporter of the Forest Society of Maine. When not working in the real estate business he enjoys preparing a good meal, photographing Maine landscapes, fly fishing clear cold rivers, hunting for that allusive big whitetail and improving the timberland he owns with his brother.

Through her work as a personal assistant to her husband Phil for the past 20 years, she has developed a tried and true method for getting things done. Carmen specializes in listing and selling waterfront property, recreational property and other residential properties in Penobscot County concentrating in the Lincoln Lakes Region.

Carmen is active in the Lincoln, Maine community. She serves on the advisory board for the Partnership for A Healthy Northern Penobscot, is a member of the SPRINT Coalition and a board member for the Greater Bangor Area Realtors. She earned both a Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and an Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from the University of Maine.

Carmen was born and raised in Presque Isle, Maine. Married to her husband Phil for 25+ years, she is a mother of two adult daughters and has lived in Lincoln Maine for the past 28 years. Her personal interests include singing, playing bells, learning to play piano, fly fishing, hiking and traveling as well as knitting and crocheting.

Peter Qualey is a lifelong resident of Maine and the Southern Aroostook area. After studying business at Husson College, he moved back to the Sherman and Benedicta area to farm alongside his brother on his family’s potato farm. He spent several decades successfully growing and selling potatoes and various grains, as well as managing a small shipping company. His four children all worked during the growing and harvesting season, learning the value of hard work and the importance of working together.

He and his wife, Reni, have the good fortune of living in a home they built which looks over some of the most beautiful views Sherman has to offer. Their children all attended Katahdin High School and have since graduated and moved on to join the work force and to receive higher education. He has three beautiful granddaughters who love to spend time visiting and adventuring outdoors. They all enjoy hiking, skiing, swimming, and paddling in the Katahdin region.

In his spare time, Peter is an active member in his community. He serves on several committees, working toward bringing more business into the area and helping existing establishments grow. He acts as a supervisor for the Southern Aroostook Soil and Water Conservation District, chairman of the Upper Valley Economic Development Corporation, a member of the steering committee of the Katahdin Woods and Waters Scenic Byway, and a board member of the Island Falls Lakes Association.

After his decision to leave farming, Peter took his knowledge of Northern Penobscot’s and Southern Aroostook’s agricultural scene, as well as the experience gained from serving on various boards and committees in the area, to a new career in real estate. He consistently helps buyers find the right property at the right price and sellers to get the most value from their properties. Handling land, waterfront, recreational, residential, and commercial properties in Northern and Central Maine, Peter has become one of the top realtors in the region.

Vicki Stanley is a people person and enjoys working with sellers and buyers to guide them through the real estate process and assisting them in reaching their desired goals. She specializes in country homes and homes in town around the Greater Katahdin and Lincoln Lakes Region of Maine.

She became interested in real estate after her and her husband purchased the former homestead of George Smith, a historic Maine home. 17 years ago Vicki went to work in Millinocket as a sales associate and progressed quickly to broker. In 2003 she joined McPhail Realty in Lincoln, Maine.

Vicki grew up in Houlton graduating from Houlton High School, she is proud to be a County Girl. Upon graduating she went to work at the First National Bank in the bookkeeping department. She married and started a family of three children and now has 4 grandchildren. After moving to East Millinocket Vicki was hired at Great Northern Paper Company working various jobs throughout the mill for 11 years.

Vicki and her husband enjoy going on road trips to hunt for treasures to put in their antique shop or home. She and her husband each have an appreciation for vintage woodworking and logging tools. They live in downtown Mattawamkeag a former hub of logging, river drives and railroading. Vicki enjoys the outdoors and her flower gardens.

Dave graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics from Dowling College in New York. He followed that with eight years of commercial flying experience. The demands of being an airline captain created a discipline which Dave brings to his real estate practice. His attention to detail in all he does will serve his clients well.

Dave is currently finishing his graduate studies at the University of Maine’s School of Forest Resources with an emphasis on Geographic Information Systems and the latest Remote Sensing technologies for timberland and forest management applications.

Dave is an active member of Horeb Lodge #93 in Lincoln and in his spare time he enjoys snowmobiling and volunteering as trail boss for the Cold Stream Sno-Riders in Enfield, flying, fishing the local lakes and ponds, and camping with his wife Nicole, daughter Margaret and chocolate lab Maddie.
